0106(1) - multiple staff members are missing training requirements from WAC 0106 section 4-10. These trainings can be taken in the DCYF training portal. 0106(10) - All staff members except Jazmine Jones have expired or missing blood borne pathogens training. 0106(11) - All staff members except Jazmine Jones do not have verifiable CPR/FA training. JJ stated at time of visit that she did not have records on hand. Records are not in Merit. 0106(12) - Unable to verify staff food handlers cards on site, not in Merit. 0106(3) - Multiple staff have not completed 30 hour Child Care Basics Training.
